Two Mandatory Pre-Bid Conferences will be held on Tuesday July 27 2010 and Tuesday August 3 2010 at 9:00 am., onsite located at 41701 Stetson Avenue, Hemet, CA 92544 on Stadium Side in front of the Barnhart Balfour Beatty, Inc. Construction trailier. Bidders are required to wear hardhats, long pants, and boots for safety. The jobwalk is on an active construction site. Bidders are not allowed to visit the site without prior approval of the construction manager.
Plans may be obtained on July 22, 2010 at the Planroom of the CM, whose address is 10760 Thornmint Road, San Diego, CA 92127. Non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required. Make Checks payable to Hemet Unified School District.
Special Instructions: Bids in excess of $100,000.00 will require a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount or subcontract amount, from a California Admitted Surety acceptable to Barnhart, Inc. and not less than AM Best A-rating.
